"This is the best customer service we could ever ask for. One time, our car broke down in the middle of the intersection at Arch & Randolph St. near H Mart. We had no idea what to do. We were scrambling to figure things out, so we called State Farm - and as always, Rose was there to help. She clearly walked us through all the options, from whether we could leave the car parked overnight until a tow truck arrived, to choose an approved automobile shop, or arrange a quicker tow within a couple of hours. She explained all the pros, cons, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know. Rose didn't just leave us to handle thing ourselves. She made sure we had the phone# & the policy# ready to call. On top of that, she even followed up with us before her shift ended to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend State Farm for their reliable and supportive customer service."
